Each completed gem is meticulously crafted by hand at JK Silver Ornaments and is subjected to multiple quality control inspections prior to being delivered to the customer. At every level of our organisation, we strive to meet the highest quality standards available, surpassing those of the industry. We are available to assist you in the event that a product you have received has a problem.

Refunds are not available in any scenario, period. You will receive a credit note without an expiration date if your return request is accepted.

If you receive a product that is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue, or if the wrong product is shipped, you can return or exchange it once.

Please provide the following information to our customer care staff at care@jksilver.com within two days of receipt if you would like to return any of the purchased items.
– Order number
– The delivery address

Indicate the reason for the return, and if the product is damaged or inaccurate, send us a picture of it.

Within 2-4 business days of the exchange, replacement, or credit note being accepted, a reverse pick-up will be arranged. Make sure the item you are returning is undamaged and in its original packaging. After seven days from the date of delivery, no requests for returns, exchanges, or credit notes will be accepted.

Orders placed in India typically arrive in 7-8 business days. We have a fantastic return policy that is favourable to customers! Returns are accepted in three ways: you can receive a credit note that never expires, a replacement of the identical item, or an exchange for another item. Within two days after receipt, please email our customer service staff at care@jksilver.com if you would want to return any of the purchased items, and we will start the return procedure.
