All orders over Rs. 1449 qualify for free shipping from us. Please be aware that returns and orders within the country are not eligible for free shipping.

Your order may arrive in pieces if you are ordering gold or personalized jewelry in addition to other goods.

For any things that are unworn and unused, we provide a 7-day return policy with no questions asked. Please be aware, however, that the seven-day return policy does not apply to bespoke jewellery—only in the event that the item is flawed or suspicious. After examining the returned goods, JK Silver retains the right to handle refunds. In the event that an order is returned, any shipping fees that were paid at the time of purchase are not refundable. The refund will be processed in 7 business days.

When a customer claims to have returned numerous products but the actual pickup only includes some of those items, the company has the right to deduct from the refund amount an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product. This is known as missing items in return orders.

If you have asked for any of your products to be returned, we will begin processing your refund as soon as the item is received back at our warehouse.

You can also request an exchange or replacement order based on your needs. The terms are still the same as they are for returns. The initial return must be picked up or delivered before the replacement is dispatched.

Our website allows you to start a return request. If you prefer, you can get in touch with our Customer Support staff, and they will walk you through the procedure. Once you’ve scheduled the return request, we ask that you take calls from the delivery partner and be available for the reverse pick-up. If you are not available or cannot answer the calls, the delivery partner has the right to cancel the reverse pick-up. The entire schedule will lengthen in all of these situations since the procedure must be started afresh.

Please be aware that although the majority of pin codes can be used both forward and backward, there are very rare instances in which a pin code can only be used forward and not backward. In any of these situations, we reserve the right to ask you to return the item via a different courier service, like India Post, and to reimburse you for any reasonable shipping fees (up to Rs. 70) paid throughout the return processing procedure.

Within 48 hours of the delivery being delivered, please contact our customer care staff for assistance if, in the odd event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product. To proceed with the request, we will need a 360-degree video of the package being unpacked. Please be aware that your claim could not be honoured if there is insufficient proof or obvious indications that the packet has been tampered with. The brand retains the right to make the ultimate choice in any of these situations.
